Hi, I’m Gabriela. I’m a Registered Nurse with 15 years’ NHS experience
and a certified Health & Life Coach.

I help women in their 50s who feel like their bodies are working against them, with tiredness, midline weight gain, broken sleep, or low confidence.

After experiencing my own health challenges, I know how hard it is to put yourself last – and how powerful it is to finally reclaim your energy and wellbeing. That’s why I combine medical understanding with a compassionate, practical approach to support women just like you.
